Account info: Email address and name (via Clerk authentication).
Domain listings: Domain names, TLDs, and prices you submit.
Usage data: Pages visited, search queries, and filters used.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device info via standard server logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

To operate the marketplace and display your listings.
To verify that listings meet the 5% below market pricing requirement.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, listing updates).
To improve the Service and fix bugs.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

SagenticaAuthentication and account management, self-hosted on our own infrastructure — no external identity provider receives your credentials.

OVHWebsite and database hosting (PostgreSQL) on OVH infrastructure.

StripePayment processing for domain purchases and Pro subscriptions. We do not store your card details. Privacy Policy

3a. Analytics & Advertising

We measure site usage with PredictiveAnalyticsHQ, a Sagentica-operated analytics service. It records the pages you visit on this site, the referring page, your country, and your device and browser type.
A daily-rotating anonymized visitor identifier is used for fraud prevention and frequency capping. Your raw IP address is never stored — only a salted hash — and no cross-site behavioral profile is built.
Ads shown on this site are served by AdServerAI, a Sagentica-operated ad service. Ad selection may use the URL of the page you are viewing (contextual), never a personal profile.
No analytics or advertising cookies are set; measurement is cookie-less.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect payment information (handled by payment processors directly).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
We do not build advertising profiles.

5. Public Listing Data

Domain names, TLDs, and prices you list are publicly visible to all visitors. Do not list information you wish to keep private. Your name or email is not displayed publicly — only the domain listing data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and listings as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your listings are removed from the public marketplace. We may retain anonymized usage data for analytics purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Export your listing data.
