Funds held in escrow

Domain transfer — you own it
The seller initiates the transfer at your current registrar or via Epik push. Once our system verifies you have full control of the domain, escrow releases and the deal is done. Most transfers complete within 24 hours.
What is the 5% below-market pricing guarantee?
Not a marketing claim. A technical enforcement.
Live price comparison
When a seller sets a price, our system queries Sedo, Afternic, and GoDaddy Auctions for the same domain. If a public price exists elsewhere, we calculate the required 5% discount automatically.
AI-estimated market value
For domains with no public comps, Groq AI analyzes keyword strength, TLD, length, brandability, and recent sales of similar names to produce an estimated fair market value.
Flagging & re-audit
Any buyer can flag a listing if they believe the price no longer beats the market. Flagged listings are re-audited within 24 hours. If the seller doesn't correct the price, the listing is suspended.
Audit badge on every listing
Each domain detail page shows when the last price audit ran and whether it passed. You'll never wonder if the 'deal' is real — the audit timestamp proves it.
Bottom line: If a domain on this platform is not at least 5% cheaper than the cheapest price you can find on Sedo, Afternic, or GoDaddy, report it and we'll suspend the listing within 24 hours and issue a full refund if you already purchased.
How does domain escrow work — is my money safe?
Your money is safe until the domain is in your hands.
Buyer pays
Stripe processes the payment. Funds land in our escrow account — not the seller's — immediately.
Seller is notified
The seller receives an email and dashboard notification. They have 5 business days to initiate the transfer.
Domain transferred
Seller pushes the domain to the buyer's registrar account or initiates an EPP transfer. Buyer confirms receipt.
Verification
Our system performs a WHOIS check to confirm ownership has changed to the buyer's registrar account.
Funds released
Escrow releases the sale amount minus the 5% platform commission to the seller's payout account.
If the seller doesn't transfer within 5 business days, the transaction is cancelled and the buyer receives a full refund.
